How much does it cost?

Your investment in building strength, improving energy, and gaining confidence starts from £127 per month.

We offer different options depending on your goals and how much support you’d like.

Do I need to be fit before I start?

No. Most of our members hadn’t trained in years. We coach you from where you are right now.

What happens if I can’t make a session?

Our timetable is flexible, so you can easily switch to a time that suits you that week.

What equipment do I need?

Nothing to bring. Just wear comfy clothes and we’ll take care of the rest.

How long are the sessions?

Each session is around 45 minutes, including warm-up and cool down.

Do you cater to beginners or advanced clients?

We’re designed for beginners - especially people who’ve felt left out of traditional gyms. If you’re more experienced, we’ll assess you and guide you into the right programme.
